I used to live in Portland--I left in 2012--but always try to hit up Cartopia when I visit. PC is a standard for me--I always get either the beef poutine, the PB&J fries, or both. The price increases hit a brotha hard (inflation, yo), but the quality of the food remains superb. We visited Thursday, 27 March, right at opening, and the service and food were sublime. I miss this place so much.

Jan18,2025 review: I tried something very unique here, for the first time in my life- palak paneer fries. Lot of palak gravy spreaded over grilled paneer and fries. Portion size is huge, definitely recommend sharing this. If you are familiar with palak paneer curry taste- it would taste just like that. Only difference is instead of Naan/roti, in this form you are eating with crispy fries. Photo was clicked in night so the best click but just for reference.
a photo can NOT do these fries justice. I couldn't decide which fries to try so they let me do a 2 in 1 -- Satay Poutine & Palak Paneer Fries. The staff was kind and as someone who is GF, I really appreciated being able to choose from ANY item on the menu. A luxury for a celiac!
Really friendly and quick service. Everything was fresh, good fries and curds were melty. Can't really justify the price though. Gravy definitely has a slightly different flavor but I think it worked!
Just got the classic poutine as I was craving it. I love how much gravy they drench it in! For the price, I do wish they added a bit more fries; I feel like I was cut short, haha. Service was good too, and ambiance was cute since it's in a food truck plaza. Will definitely come back to try their special poutines!
